Help welcome attendees to the Juneteenth 2026 Celebration by assisting at the check-in and information table. Volunteers will greet guests, answer basic event questions, help direct attendees to activities, and support event registration or sign-in as needed. This role is ideal for friendly, organized individuals who enjoy engaging with the community and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are appreciated.
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
