Who We Are
We are SHAPE, and we are helping our neighbors and building community through individualized support and volunteering opportunities.
What We Do
Provide low barrier, individualized support to community members who seek our support. We assist our neighbors with accessing services that improve their health and strengthen community bonds. We provide harm reduction services and education at community events and to in need neighbors as needs are identified.
