Casa Esperanza

Casa Esperanza is New Mexico’s House of Hope providing lodging to patients and their families seeking medical treatment in Albuquerque for cancer, high-risk pregnancy, kidney disease, and other serious medical illness. In our 33 years of operation we have welcomed in over 50,000 families from across the state of New Mexico and surrounding areas. It is the oldest hospitality house in the state, and the only full-service facility serving both adult and pediatric patients.

Casa Esperanza provides direct services for low to moderate income families, who lack access to medical care in their home communities. Our Family Care Team provides wraparound supports and facilitates access to care reducing the burden of illness for patients and their families by providing lodging support, food and transportation assistance, a bi-monthly family support specialist, traditional wellness education and referrals to partner agencies and treatment centers. Casa Esperanza’s goal is to improve the health outcomes for patients and their families.
