As an Entertainment Support volunteer, you will help keep the event program running smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities include supporting performers by ensuring they have what they need, coordinating with event staff to maintain the run of show, and helping keep performances on time. You will communicate directly with performers so they know when they are coming up next and ensure everyone is aware of the performance order.
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to stay attentive in a fast-paced environment. Volunteers should be comfortable working closely with both staff and performers to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
