Vendor Support Volunteers assist food, retail, nonprofit, and community vendors throughout the event to help ensure a smooth and successful experience. Responsibilities may include helping vendors locate assigned spaces, answering logistical questions, moving trash cans to designated areas, delivering supplies or information, and communicating any needs to event coordinators. Volunteers in this role should be flexible, proactive, and comfortable walking throughout the event site. This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping others.
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
