Parking Support Volunteers help guide attendees to designated parking areas and assist with maintaining safe and organized traffic flow around the event. Volunteers may provide directions, help identify accessible parking areas, and communicate with event staff regarding traffic or safety concerns. This role requires volunteers to be attentive, patient, and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods. A calm and helpful demeanor is especially important in high-traffic situations.
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
