Help keep the Juneteenth 2026 Celebration running smoothly behind the scenes! Entertainment Support volunteers will work primarily backstage assisting performers, speakers, DJs, and event staff throughout the day. Responsibilities may include helping manage stage transitions, guiding performers to designated areas, assisting with basic setup needs, monitoring schedules, and helping maintain an organized backstage environment. This role is ideal for volunteers who are dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere while supporting the flow of live entertainment. Strong communication skills and flexibility are highly appreciated!
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
