As Park Activation Support, you will help create a fun, engaging, and organized experience for attendees participating in park activities throughout the event. Responsibilities may include assisting with coordination of the kickball game, helping participants understand game flow and supporting the event team with additional recreational activities taking place in the park.
This role is ideal for volunteers who are energetic, organized and enjoy working with the public in an active environment. Volunteers should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with participants and helping ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule.
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
