From May through October, volunteers help keep the market welcoming, vibrant, and running smoothly while enjoying all the sights, sounds, flavors, and community spirit that make the Rail Yards Market so special
Volunteer Roles:
- Bike Valet: keep our community’s bikes safe and sound
- Trash + Recycling Runs: help keep the Rail Yards clean and welcoming
- Packing Up: assist in gathering market items at close
- Pushing Carts: move gear back to the storage pod
- Teardown Crew: sweep, tidy, and help us close the event
- Social Media Content Creator: capture colorful moments and Pride celebrations
- Floaters: jump in where needed and keep the day running smoothly
Volunteer Shift: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
All ages, backgrounds, and abilities are welcome in our volunteer community.
You will receive a detailed orientation email the Thursday before the event so you feel ready and supported.
